 Refund and Cancellations

  1. The products being of and for personal usage and nature of products, we do not accept returns or exchanges to maintain personal hygiene and maintain high hygiene standards, unless the product delivered is damaged or defective.
  2. You may send us an email at connect@eveessentials.in with the details of damaged or defective product received from us alongwith a picture of the damage and seek refund or replacement. After verifying the damage, we will replace the product in about 10 business days. The replacement request for damaged goods should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  3. In case your order is placed by mistake or you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to connect@eveessentials.in within 24 hours of placing the order. We will send you an email confirming the cancellation of your order in 24 to 48 business hours and thereafter within next 6 to 8 working days of the cancellation confirmation, the money will be refunded as per the payment mode. However, orders already shipped from our side cannot be cancelled.
  4. Returns are not accepted for items purchased at a discounted amount. To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. In case of your request for refund of a defective or damaged product, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Refunds are not processed for items purchased at a discounted amount. Late or missing refunds may happen due to the long process involved and you may first recheck with your bank and of credit card company and thereafter you may again contact us at connect@eveessentials.in.
  6. We replace only defective or damaged products and exchange it for the same item.
